HELPING EMPOWER ADAPTIVE LIVES

sacramento royals national program

The sport of wheelchair basketball and the National Wheelchair Basketball Association (NWBA) have given disabled athletes the power to gain self-confidence and self worth. Through this program, we are able to provide opportunities for our members to grow from recreational into elite levels. This sport has globalized for being known to bringing the disabled community together and creating teams with athletes that have unique backgrounds and stories. Each new member to H.E.A.L. represents hope that life has its challenges, but these individuals can overcome barriers most people would never encounter.
